To all the people who have not been paid for your work with any company there is a federal agency usually associated with the unemployment agency in your state.It is called the wages and hour commission and they can put liens against businesses (at no cost to you) until the wages are paid.It does not matter that they change names the feds will catch up with them.Bankruptcy does not matter either as the assets that are sold off will be used to pay wages first not creditors.Check it out

I tried it and didn't get paid but it seems like the company is still out there doing this to everyone. They just keep changing the name of the business. I felt used and taken advantage of in a time of need. I hope no-one falls for these people again. I gave this company 100% of my time. Becareful out there everyone. My number is 171*-675-****.

Oh this is a sad thing going on around here. Try Going for companies with TrimOrg listing.

It is yet another sure shot way to finding the right candidates and being able to connect with the right agencies.

And it is always wise to research the company before joining them. Good luck!

I registered with Job and Pay and on the front page where you register, they talk about how you can earn online doing certain tasks. They make it appear as if they have freelance work when in fact they don't.

Once registered , all you have access to is a affiliate link to spread around and they promise 10$ per visitor. There is no way for you to modify your aacount profile, there is no way for you to close you account, there is no way for you to change your password. In fact, you cannot have access to aything about the information that you entered when you signed up.

This has all the ingredients for an information phishing site where you give information to signup and they just gather your name, address and also your password that you setup for the account when you open it. SO , they can try to use this information to log into you other accounts like maybe social media , etc...

if you chose the same password for this account as many of your other accounts...

like many people do.... BE VERY CAREFUL.

I am Donna Mae Greaves in Trinidad and Tobago. Registered with them last year and worked the link. No access given as promised to funds without completing a survey and there were never any available in my 'zone'. Emailed the bastards with questions and email boomeranged. There is no access to them so my final conclusion is that they are FAKES AND THIEVES. I am unemployed and registered as a way to earn income, not as a pawn in someone's sick game. I went to sign into the site today and it has magically disappeared, and the cached copy of the page had no user info! I WANT MY MONEY, I EARNED IT!!!

It is continuously asking me to fill one Survey, but I do not know the procedure to fill that. One of my friend told that he got a resolution from here. So Sir please guide me as well. I want to withdraw my $330 from there. I have put great efforts in completing the tasks. I do not much money now to invest any where that is the reason I gave complete time on jobandpay so that I can end up with some good earning opportunities. Please guide me.

heyyy i also have the same problem, i earned $425 there i gave my efforts to earn that but i cannot request a pay out form,,.. ive done the surveys and still cant open the pay out form,, ohh god..

i really need to get that.. but i dunno how.

If you guys think that you got it bad well check this out.. I've created an account exactly 5 days ago on Thursday Nov 6th, 2014. Today, I had a total of 30860 (Thirty Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty) visitors and yeah it's not a mistake.. I have screenshots to prove it. I'm a professional Internet Marketer. So who ever has a real online money making business let me know @ chao_felipe@***.com Stay away from Job and Pay it's a bunch of bullcrap.. I can't believed I've wasted so many hours trying to make this happen. I'll be more careful next time!

i did not get any amount since 4 months my amount is showing $3000 but payout option is not coming i tried many surveys and sent many mails also till now i did not get. this is a face company loosing our time and net charges.

they may get the amount we are not getting single paisa.

I started this in August 2014 because it was a friend who introduced me to this scam business and I promoted the link that was given to me on my facebook site. I was able to generate 2600$ and I have sent them several emails nobody has responded. This is a Scam Scam Scam!!! Now I cannot even login to the website let alone trying to contact the again. At first they will tell you to complete a *** survey to make sure you are not a robot in order to request your payment but they are all scam scam scam!!!

Im up to five grand with this company now I put my efforts in to drive traffic no money ever was sent I turned this guy in everywhere BEWARE of his other 12 sites he does the same *** on. Hes been reported to FBI cyber crimes Attourney State General. there is sites out there we can report this scammer to. IC3.gov FTC.gov His intentions are to screw us building up all this traffic for him so he can sale the domain at a high price. I RECENTLY FOLLOWED A LINK ON FACEBOOK TO JOIN THE COMPANY JOBANDPAY.COM, AFTER JOINING I WAS GIVEN A SIGN UP BONUS OF $25 AND A LINK, I POSTED MY LINK ON FACEBOOK AND GENERATED TRAFFIC AS THEY HAD SAID. THEY TOLD ME TO REACH THE PAY OUT LIMIT OF $300. I MADE IT AND NOW I'VE FAILED TO GET MY PAYMENT. PLEASE HELP, I NEED THE MONEY THAT I WORKED FOR. THE DEAL WAS TO GENERATE TRAFFIC USING MY LINK, EVERY PERSON WHO CLICKED MY LINK I WAS TO BE PAID TEN DOLLARS.
